Utilising an industry leading 3rd party software, the Dfuze facial recognition programme has the following benefits; Implements biometric functions – powerful facial localisations – analysis and checking of facial characteristics – functionality for finding human faces and eyes in images – allows for tracking of faces in video streams – accurate determination of portrait characteristics – spectacle detection, closed eye detection, gender determination, face 'geometry', unnatural colour check. The programme is ISO 19794-5 compliant for full front image checks (as required for ePassports). There is also the ability to integrate this programme into mobile platforms.
